We collect account information you provide directly (such as name, email, and business details), information your gym or studio enters about you as a member (such as booking and attendance history), payment information processed by our payment provider, and technical information such as device, browser, and usage data.
We use information to operate and improve the Service, process bookings and payments, send transactional notifications (such as booking confirmations and renewal reminders), provide customer support, and maintain the security and integrity of the platform.
GymSaaS is a multi-tenant platform. Each gym's data, including member records, bookings, and payments, is logically isolated using tenant-scoped access controls and database-level row security, so one gym cannot access another gym's data.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember your language preference, and maintain security. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the Service.
